These terms apply to every order placed with QUIRE (“we”, “us”, “our”) through this website. By placing an order you confirm that you are buying for business or resale purposes and that you accept these terms.
1. Wholesale use
QUIRE sells stationery and office supplies in wholesale quantities. Prices shown are wholesale unit prices in US dollars and are intended for trade buyers, retailers, distributors and institutional purchasers.
2. Minimum order quantities
Each SKU carries a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 10 to 30 units, shown on the product page. Orders below the stated MOQ may be refused or amended before dispatch.
3. Orders and acceptance
An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if pricing was displayed in error, or if we cannot verify the delivery details. If we cancel, any amount already paid is refunded in full.
4. Prices, tax and duties
All prices are in US dollars and exclude import duties, VAT, GST and any other taxes or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Business buyers outside China are responsible for any import registration required in their own country.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are prepared once payment has cleared. If a payment is reversed or declined, the order is cancelled.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times, destinations and freight charges are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Product descriptions and images
We describe products as accurately as possible. Packaging, carton artwork and colour shades may vary slightly between production batches. Product photographs are representative; where a specification matters to your order, confirm it with us before ordering.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties will try to resolve any dispute by good-faith negotiation before starting formal proceedings.
