Every payment on quirestationery.site are processed securely over HTTPS by PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers, on behalf of Shenzhen Pengfating Trading Co., Ltd. Section 1 — Failed, Duplicate & Refused Payments
- Chargebacks: we ask you to contact us first so we can resolve issues directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in order cancellation and reporting to the payment networks.
- Failed authorization: no funds are captured; please verify card details or try another method.
- Duplicate charge: if you are charged twice for the same order, contact us and the duplicate will be refunded within 1–3 business days of verification.
Section 2 — Currency & Billing
Prices are charged in USD. Your card issuer may apply its own currency conversion fee for international transactions. The billing descriptor on your statement will appear as QUIRE STATIONERY. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us at pengfatinshangmao@163.com before initiating a chargeback.
Section 3 — Authorization & Order Confirmation
- Orders flagged as potentially fraudulent may be held for verification; we may request proof of identity or address before shipping, or cancel with a full release of the authorization.
- Your payment method is authorized at checkout and charged when the order is confirmed.
- If authorization fails, the order is not placed and no funds are captured.
