1. Where we ship
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in China. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us and we will quote a freight option.
2. Freight charges
Standard international delivery is charged at a flat rate of USD 30.00 per order, regardless of the number of SKUs in the order. The exact charge for your destination is confirmed at checkout before payment.
3. Handling time
Orders are picked and packed within 1–3 business days after payment clears. Bulk orders above 500 units may need an extra 2–5 business days for carton consolidation.
4. Transit time
Standard consolidated freight takes approximately 7–15 working days after dispatch. Remote destinations, customs inspections and peak season can add time. Express options can be quoted on request.
5. Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when the shipment leaves our warehouse. You can also look up your order on the Find My Order page using your order number and email address.
6. Duties, taxes and customs
Import duties, VAT, GST and customs clearance charges are set by the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility. We declare shipments accurately; we do not under-declare value or mark goods as gifts.
7. Split shipments
If part of an order is temporarily unavailable we may ship the available items first and the balance later, at no extra freight cost.
8. Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier. Parcels confirmed lost are replaced or refunded.
